Verlag für Technik und Handwerk GmbH:  Stacks of plans, everything from submarines to aircraft and plenty of model plans. The link on the left takes you to the Miniature Internal Combustion Engine plans - everything from single cylinder 2 stroke, V8/10/12, big radials etc. Even Wankel engines and pulse jets.
